Caterscaping™ is On The Scene’s unique catering option.

We provide Full Catering Service & Event Staff for some of Nashville’s best caterers, restaurants and hospitality vendors.

Client chooses menu from one of our OTS Preferred Caterers**, from their favorite local restaurant or restaurants, or from any other, licensed & insured, caterer or vendor. Once menu is decided, we coordinate the entire dining experience and all rentals necessary for a buffet, a plated dinner or family-style meal.

Simply order drop & go delivery, or, On The Scene can pick up your order & deliver to the venue.

Our Caterscaping™ team will completely manage the dining experience for your event, acting as the service caterer for both front and back of house.

We can also manage and maintain any additional requests such as a Non Alcoholic Beverage Station, Coffee Stations, Pre-Set Waters, Salads, Bread & Butter Baskets, Dessert Banquet/Bar and Cake Cutting.
